    They commented the retail raise was for working capital not the acquisition. Great so only paying for salaries? Not much incentive to pay 38c ....some free options at 45c would have helped me to contribute. This rights issue will have 10% take up at best if value stays below rights price.
    Good long term prospects on this, BUT they are not making it easy to be a retail shareholder.
