The link I put up yesterday is the Mine Management Plan (MMP) for Frewena Far East (the Mt Lamb project) - there is more than one landowner mentioned. The snip below is p 2 of 12
So, although one landholder is being protective of his tracks and the land in the vicinity of his bore holes, the others might be in the picture too.




Last night I went to Bonzle to find the boundaries of each landholding - that would give us better understanding.
I won't have time today to finish that search.
In any case it would not be unexpected for landholders to adopt a stance on how valuable their holdings are at this early stage of proceedings. lol
And we need to have patience because of possible sensitivity and confidentiality of negotiations.

Lets hope next news item is the assays of Hole 4, and grant of the 2x2 km excised tenements. I am encouraged by comment on HC by the guys with local knowledge.

In any case, even if the rains belt down and The Street freezes over, the anticipated treasure under Mt Lamb will survive for us to find in due course.

IMO the call is still to buy any weakness, and hold for news any day.
