I am of similar to yourself and Mink& Beach all of us are near retirement and I certainly have 3.25 million & 225k options A& C reasons why I want this to succeed. So saying that, Adam needs to speak with Dr whom would have comments. Dr did say he agreed that more Management we're required but time & cost where his concerns when answering my questions.
I think we need a driver at Director level and Adam has enough in it to make it worth a fortune to him.
So after reading his resume and comments I am behind him but we cant rock the boat to much so maybe he joins the existing and they go from there.
We cant rely on Dr doing everything he is doing an amazing job so far but needs help.
I don't know what Gareth does and this need to be questioned for the Directors fees he gets and remember he needed his arm twisted to take up minimal shares at the 5.5 cents raise at consolidation and he is only doing salary sacrifice due the others are. Was he actually at the last AGM did he surface.
