Good morning fellow shareholders. What an interesting chain of events unfolded yesterday. It is apparent that there is a lot of pre Christmas passion and pain in the air. Let's seize the moment and decisively alter the management direction of ICG! Many of us have no doubt that Putting Adam on the board is a step towards a brighter future. His project management experience and his huge personal investment should motivate all of us to force his inclusion on to our board! Then we can support any productive recommendations that he may put forward. Remember that the right change at the right time can be a good thing!
