    simple : holder of ICGOC will need to fork out 20c on exercise in 2 years time

    but if he sells for 3.5c c now and buys heads for 11.5c then the net cost is 8c now instead of 20 c in 2 years time

    simple 8c now or 20c in 2 years is 250%, draw back home loan at 2% to make 250%
