I agree bails. Inca as first mover has been quietly and steadily accumulating premium land across all 4 projects... whilst it's cheap and not developed.
A bit like buying housing in regional centres before covid... such a smart strategy imo.
For example, check out SERs ETC red box... the 4 undercover Frewena Group projects (Fable, East, Far East, Frontier) cover over 5,000km2 and all host walk-up IOCG-like tier-1 targets...
If it's in the ground, it's in the bank.
