Lightweight Directors have gone, industry names appointed as Directors, Management strengthened
putting together a good investment case for a cap-raising...would be a good thing to have the Sequoia vendors diluted and some cash to play with.
No question here MWS is committed to building out a strong, multi-service, integrated financial services company - if they get it right, there is some substantial upside (ie SFL now with a m/c of $50m - on the face of it, MWS should be a far better business than SFL)
