I don't believe they would do a cap raising for a price below the valuation of the independent report .If they do a raising they should be careful not to undermine the independent report.They have been talking of higher prices in announcements of valuations.For the Sequoia wealth group they may just issue script to the vendors without a raising.Just my view but DYOR.
