I reckon SWG will be acquired for around 400 - 500m shares at 0.002 ( it appears that SFG is a holder of SWG)....Then expect rights issue at 0.002 as well.....The CR price is totally irrelevant to the major holders....they will get most it.
MWS (or the new name) will have roughly 5bn shares when the dust settles down....Then consolidation will follow & perhaps further share issue to sophs/strategic investors at a much higher price.
