Am I reading this correctly??
Rabdan secures commitment for $300 million
of capex and strategic capital partner requires
20% participation / equity. The resulting SPV
ownership is 50% Amaero, 30% Rabdan and
20% strategic capital partner.
Is 3DA not funding any of the 300 million?
