SBC Convertible Note Facility was around $850,000...
October 2023, this dog company announced that it paid 79% of it by issing shares(167 million shares at 0.00452, $756,000 worth)...
Today, more payment worth $850,000 just to extend due date to end of the year...
Come end of the year, they still have same debt despite all those payments now(at shareholders cost)...
They have heaps more debts that are overdue and have no means to pay them...
Still some dummies think that they addressed their debt problem
