Yes. If you check the announcement "eligible shareholders who held shares in the company at the record date of 7.00pm on 9 February 2021 will be entitled..."
However, the SPP is capped at $500K and they have left it open as to whether they will scale back any excess or accept oversubscriptions. So there is always a risk of scale back.
