they’ll send an entitlement form to each eligible shareholder. That’s why it is important to keep your mailing / email up to date with the portfolio leads like Computershare / Link / Automic etc.
It will be part of a SPP pack which will articulate the dates in which you need to pay. There is a high level date in this announcement which states the when the SPP closes.
