Hi Avco,
MEC is a pooled development fund which has invested strongly in Advent Energy. Its PDF status restricts its ability to operate, and therefore functions through investing in suitable entities. MEC's interest in Advent Energy has recently increased to just over 47%.
You may note also that the agreement between Advent (Asset Energy Pty Ltd), Bounty Oil & Gas and RL Energy was also sanctioned by Bounty.
Could you please clarify how you believe MEC can have 100% of PEP11?
