We seem to be going around in circles. I'm not sure how you can conclude that Vcubitt would prefer to see pep11 lost, nor did he even indicate to that.
If you have a better proposal ; I'm all ears. But until then, I cant honestly see how the shareholders are being disadvantaged. We now have fresh strong management with clear direction to achieve things, previous people sat on their hands and failed literally at every turn. I say go for it, now is the perfect time considering the Australian market. Plus there is no guarantees if we knock this offer back that we wont lose it all
Don't get me wrong I'm pleased there is pessimistic opinion because sometimes you need that to consider all things, but I think you're wrong on this one mate. Time is at hand, and we are moving forward.
