Anyhow it seems you three are the ones out there pushing for the disposal of pep11 to the shelf company RL energy.

You asked if I had a better proposal; It's simple, if all in a sudden you can raise $300k when previously it was supposed to have been impossible, and the only way to develop pep11 was to sell off 60% to RL Energy. Then you could raise the balance needed, put it together with the $300k and use it for the development of pep11.
There has been a concerted effort to sell all the shareholders down the drain on this transaction.
