Avco, please correct me if I am mistaken, but your "alternative" for raising funds for PEP11 involves either the former MD and or people known to be his associates or supporters, such as was clearly the case with the recent so called "requisitioners".

It has been demonstrated already that the majority of shareholders can not stomach a return of the former MD to any position of control or influence in MEC.

Please enlighten us on how you think MEC can raise the 20-odd million dollars for a drilling operation without reducing its interest in PEP11 and the dilution effect that will have on shareholders such as myself who may not be in a position to purchase more shares for the time being.

We will be all ears, provided the plan is unrelated to a certain former MD!
