There are parties who place posts on this forum who are attempting deflect attention from the fact that Mec will loose 60% of pep11 to this shelf company, RL Energy, which is shrouded with mystery.
IMO not 1% of pep11 should be allowed to pass from Mec.. This has been my position all along.
The initial argument was that Mec could not raise any funds it self, but RL Energy could. Now we learn they can raise the funds, and when Mec has the funds it allocates it to other projects. So their first argument was deceptive.
The directors of Mec should be working for the benefit of its shareholders, not the shareholders of RL Energy.

Avco - good to see you have very deep pockets to fund ongoing exploration costs to keep the permits in good standing.

I look forward to an announcement from MEC to that effect.

Otherwise VERY real possibility of losing PEP11.
