Don’t try to appease everyone by saying; "The 60% to RL is not a certainty". Once it is gone, Mec will never see it again. Lost forever, the big winner is RL Energy Pty Ltd and it shareholders.
It seems there are some posters on this forum trying to do the hard sell on trying to get this pep11 disposal through. The big losers are the shareholders of Mec.
Why wasn't the $300K allocated to pep11 to overcome the need to transfer the 60% to the recently created shelf company, RL Energy Pty Ltd?
Can we get an honest answer from our directors.
