    I know legalities take time (just ask Lionel Hutz) so am not overly concerned or surprised with the delay. The market tends to agree, else we'd be back in the low 4's.

    It will be 3 months since the AGM and EBOS investment, so hope there's more than just a binding agreement update. Consecutive announcements with a flurry of news would see us fly past 5 cents.
