I think Management wishes they didn't announce the MOU would be binding by December 31 2017.
It's looking a bit silly now. If the binding announcement trickles into April, that is nearly 6 months (half a year for those who don't use the metric system) from the original announcement at the AGM (24 October 2017).
That's A LONG TIME to agree on terms. Lawyers must be selecting options at the Maserati dealership by now.
Could the delay be EBOS wanting 100% instead of 14%?
Recent trading looks simply to be swing and pip traders.
MedAdvisor could be called a speculative buy, but I don't think that means you have to speculate on what they've been up to for the last 6 months!
I haven't sold a single share during this wait, in fact I've added during the dips. Holding well past 1M+ now. Hopefully there's a rabbit coming soon.
