Not much of this was new news or a secret.
Company Secretary - Carlo was always set to retire (announced previously).
General Manager - Chamberlain joined ALC last year. There's no issue with sitting on multiple boards, plenty of people do it, but Chamberlain was GM of Strategy and MDR and NED at ALC. Not that ALC are direct competitors, it made me scratch my head that he could hold key positions at both and wondered if there might ever be. conflict of interest.
Chief Technology Officer - Kovalev returning to the US. You wonder why people take up full time roles on other continents but don't bring their family. Would always be tough.
Current Management have done well with the new blood, Watt, Ridd and Sherman (experienced, established professionals) and there's already additional resources under each.
If cash flow increases in the June quarter and then again in the September quarter then my prediction of $1 by the end of 2020 looks likely.
