the big question mark is whether they can develop this software at a cost that is going to be reasonable and not a noose around the australian business which is just starting to look half reasonable (in terms of profitability)

I can see the attraction of this given more services are being pushed out to pharmacies (from GPs), but this can't be a 2-3 year ongoing cost because the business is not in a position to fund this.....so good to see that its expected to launch in Feb 24 (so hopefully not too much development to do), and then if the trial is successful then roll this out with a view to clipping the ticket on using the app which seems central to managing the services
