Despite the good work with UK and Malaysia deals in recent months the threat of a CR looms over the share price.

EBOS could come to the party.

Regal might be another option. The cynic in me might assume this is the reason they recently bought in (75M @ 5c = $3.75M).

There was a CR at 4c for $8M (200M shares) in October 2016 to fund the Healthnotes acquisition.

EBOS then bought 165M shares at 5.75c in October 2017.

October is next month and Management seem to time big announcements around their AGM. Speaking of which, the report quotes Tuesday October 24 as the date which is wrong.

If they need to raise I hope they do it on the back of an acquisition/international expansion/cornerstone investor announcement and not position it as working capital.

Previous CRs have been done at a premium to the share price. EBOS paid 5.75c per share when it was trading at 4c. I hope the slump below 5c isn’t manipulation by our recent funds management partner trying to get more for less.

Back to my other favourite topic, the comparison with PCK and ALC. ALC announce a deal with Healthscope for $895k over 3 years and their share price jumps and market cap hits $200M. PCK recently cracks $300M MC.

MDR announce Day Lewis (UK) and Klinify (Malaysia) who will both bring ~5% increases in revenue in the first year and we don’t move the needle.
