As usual, it's hard to know who is selling and why... I will say that it's pretty thinly traded, with recent turnover of about $300k per day, for a company with MC of around $200m, so it doesn't take much selling or buying to move the share price.
Yesterday, there was clear support on the chart at a (very obvious) support level, despite the market having a down day. Here's a weekly chart, with my imaginary horizontal line added at $0.32. The 30s might turn out to be a smart place to buy.
