Moelis and Peloton have acted as Lead Managers and underwriters for the 2022 acquisition of GuildLink.
Not even sure any of them hold shares, they're certainly not in the Top 20.
The FY report is backwards looking so all of the numbers would have been known and they've stated short and long term targets.
Quite the drop from 59c in July.
Action and volume suggests there is a CR in the wings to make good the $15M debt to PFG (due December) and/or acquisition coming.
