It is a great deal for the company, though getting everyday users to use the tech may be another challenge. There are many tools for diabetics, and for an investor it is difficult to choose the best company or investment vehicle given the changes in technology and government cutbacks and constant legislation changes to medicare etc. I am watching a similar investment of an online diabetes test that one sends a sample away and retrieves results online. Take up is unknown and banking on the masses to instanly taking up new a technology at the drop of a hat so to speak is speculative. Also there was research recently published of a diabetes breath test that could kill off blood spot samples. Luck to holders.
