@futurenow - thanks for your observations (only just saw them as I am spending some quality time in deep dark Africa). As you know, I am a big supporter of MDR and have been for years. Having said that, I do have some criticisms (which I accept you may not agree with but that is life). New people being appointed directors of subsidiaries I would have thought could wait until they have actually delivered something tangible. Also, just because it was announced before, does not make it any less of a concern.  I was concerned then and am still concerned now. Also, MDR has been active in the USA for 2 years - check with MDR (you can argue the toss about how intensive but some of their key staff  have been there and working with people locally for well over 2 years). They do not have to announce to the market that they are doing this (until, of course there is a deal/contract which has a "material impact"). Finally, I am definitely not a trader - have a considerable holding and will continue to hold as long as I believe everything moves in the right direction (that being said, I also  have no issues with traders holding the stock - it creates volume and everyone has their own reasons for buying/selling, holding or trading). Have a good day.
