    Yeah this is my concern. At the end of the day institutions don't care about companies they care about profits. And if they are given a 15-20% headstart with so many shares this could really turn bad. But I guess we need to give benefit of the doubt here. Management are yet to step a foot wrong so let's hope this deal is done to our benefit not theres.
