    I don't think it's being offered to retail.

    It appears to be going to Peloton Capital and Veritas Securities.

    Peloton assisted MDR with listing and participated in the IPO.

    I do hope shares are not offered to cheaply, as $6M is a lot.

    They would have a lot of volume to push the share price in any direction they wanted.
