You'd also think if it was heavily oversubscribed that people would be in the market today happily paying 19.5 or 20c ....to get set. But no, just some people flipping on the open, a few large dummy bids at the placement price and no doubt a large overhang for some time. At least the brokers will be happy with nearly 300$k for the gig and 4m free options in their pockets !!
