In the past, any such announcement would be worth a few cents. It is a good read. Alas, looks like the market has been burned by too many past fluff announcements. It is now treating this as another fluff announcement. The market has wised up and is probably telling RAP to 'show us the money' first.
And this trial has better be successful and end up with a contract. Otherwise, CR will be at 1 cent or under.
