Oh well, it's a start. Wish there were binding terms, but hey, at least it's an international deal, possibly probably.
imo this would have shifted the sp much more if the register had not lost confidence with the recent qtrly and hushed facts.
On a side, I love how this is a deal with a company that operates throughout Europe and Germany :\
