I have always said to myself 'don't even look at these until 2019' have bought down over the last 6 months (having bought original parcel at the peak pretty much).... I will be holding these until my target price is achieved. The engineering/water standards industry is a slow moving beast and the appropriate level of patience must be exercised to reap the rewards that this company is offering up now.
