I see this as positive.

1) they won’t discuss media comments
2) this opportunity is seperate from the original Egypt contract (~$7M)
3) FLC are advancing further opportunities but are not yet (yet being the focus word) contracted.

It is common that the main contract is signed based on confirmed sub contractor supplier pricing. Sub contracts can take some time to be executed. If main contractor says fluence then I project they are the preferred supplier. Just nailing down the details which could take a while if it’s BOOT with FLC providing some finance.

Looks like you unearthed something they didn't want anybody to know about yet!

Validates the media release from Hassan Allam Holding, sounds like the contractual terms still need to be agreed upon before Fluence can make the announcement.

If nothing else, this serves as a wake up call to investors ... large contracts can just appear out-of-the-blue.
