Kjerulf Ainsworth can block the scheme on his own. My understanding is that only need 25% of shares to vote No to block a scheme. He has 11.8% of the remaining 47.1% that Novomatic don’t own. Novomatic cant vote. 11.8 divided by 47.1 = 25.05%. This is not a coincidence. He can block it if he wants to. I’m hoping he just negotiated a better deal.
