trillion dollar question is where is the business case ? where is the shareholder approval to take away 10% of NPAT year on year? where is revenue and cost guideline and return on investment? nothing is provided except you now talking about $50b in expenditure which was withdrawn with a statement "is appropriate in the environment it was made " and someone would ask is it like one go to Vegas get drunk and get marry and then tell everyone "it was appropriate in the environment" ??... lol
