Absolutely NOT a failure!
If it were funds that had access to the information through their sources and bought up big, knowing the forward expectations it would be completely ok.
But because MT came out and told the masses it is a big no-no!
If this were a private equity company, MT would be crowing it from the rooftops! But because it is a ASX company information like this is only allowed to be told to the funds and "insiders"!
