So #2 and #3 are related, but I would correct your understanding of what was announced today in #2. iDT didn't announce that they will definitely start producing covid19 vaccines for the Federal govt. They just announced an agreement that they would make sure IDTs facilities are ready to start if needed, and they will not use those facilities for anything else for about 6 months at most.
while it's not quite an announcement that they've been selected to.produce vaccines, it's a very encouraging sign that they are likely.to at least be part of that process.
as Ratfink has said, the big announcement is yet to come...
So #2 and #3 are related, but I would correct your understanding...
