And most importantly, The government is ready to bring in mRNA vaccine onshore production and already have IDT facility in its sight... hence they put down all these terms to ensure there is smooth production. Having an exclusive right to the facility to produce ONE VACCINE, tells me That company which owns the Vaccine wants to make sure their technology is protected and not leaked .
