To be honest, I don't really have a price in mind that I would nail myself too.
I'm simply inclined to watch the hourly and daily SP / MACD charts to try and pick when the price isn't likely to go lower.
Then buy in at that point. Really looking to buy when the MACD is closer to 0 than it is now.
It might be that we hover between 63 and 67 for a few days, while the MACD trends down to zero. It happens.
The risk is that the Fed Govt makes a major announcement involving IDT and the timing of the announcement is based on what is good politically for the PM rather than the actual timing of when a deal is or will be signed.
To be honest, I don't really have a price in mind that I would...
