Not a great deal for scale up imho but an excellent deal for NobleOak at $1.47. NobleOak just thinking outside the box for their brand exposure. I don’t mind this as a strategy. Not clear why they couldn’t have used cash. There’s plenty of it. Possibly managing the optics of their key metrics
