It feels like a powerplay to retain ownership and public listing. Very disappointed in the bod.. Release the takeover announcement to pump up the price and then CR. They had the offer a month ago... offer at 80c and then value the placement at 60c is ridiculous.. maybe theres little organic growth as SQN put out and they need to do an acq to inflate the growth rate. No point selling out now with the share price in the doldrums. Anyway rant over...
