I'm going against the crowd on this one. It is a buy. It seems many are spooked by the SQN garbage that the company is in trouble despite the fact that they see upside above 80cps (or else why would they want to buy at that price). BTH have continued BAU as the offer is incomplete & low ball. No issue with that. Yes the CR price is a bit lower that everyone would have hoped but the delta to what it should have been is negligible in the grand scheme of things. This could run up again quickly & the downside is limited so I've loaded up some more today whilst it's on sale. Easy money
