Even without any bid it is a buy at these prices. Trading at just over 2x ARR, breakeven & ~20%growth - sufficient cash. I don't get the level of doom & gloom following the raise so have been buying. the current action & sentiment actually increases the likelihood of the bid. Previously no one wanted to sell for 80c but now it seems almost everyone would take it. I think things have actually played into SQN's hands so wouldn't be surprised if the formal bid comes through within the next week or two, albiet at pehaps an adjusted price to cater for the increased SOI

There also should be a pending announcement re an acquisition which they flagged at ~2x ARR & breakeven to make things interesting
