Couldn't agree more. Seems like BTH board essentially rejecting the $0.80 offer (which was a floor) to then go and sell circa 10% of the company at $0.60 while still having plenty of money in the bank. I think both of these transactions would significantly undervalue the company but one by more than the other. All speculation at this point but seems more like a play to stay public than raise for acquisitions.
