villa world, that has been doing stock buy backs for the last half a yr or so, has actually been up for the last few weeks, same industry as AVJ yet AVJ is looking like dropping below 50c soon, amazing.

people here mocked me when I said AVJ should do some buybacks like VLW, I think whilst the stock price is so low and so far below 94c NTA, instead of paying a DIVVY, AVJ should do some stock buybacks.

they said they wont do a DRP because they don't want to issue more shares.

I ask again, who thinks the 3c FULL YEAR dividend is at risk of being cut too?
