It is excellent news , even the government are saying this is going to save aqz money and make the business more viable, so a Stock trading on less than 5 times expected 2017 earnings and a fraction of the replacement cost of its assets has been given approval to join and reduce competition and further cut costs and greatly improve efficiency, and the stock has not budged ... this is all comming together nicely and still very very cheap .....
I think the Gov realize that these airlines need to be able to make decent profits now or these small regional fleets will not be able to be replaced as they age and the small mines and towns in the middle of nowhere will be stranded or have to pay crazy prices to incentivise airlines to fly in with newish planes.
