Airlines are high fixed cost, so there is considerable leverage to increased volume of business. Good news here, and the prior announcement about running some Virgin routes giving another 45% volume of business was exceptional good news.
Management and Board know this business and have a lot of skin in the game...hence their record of continually kicking goals in repositioning the business over the last few years.
A lot of rerating to go I believe.
