ACCC should also go after companies that are permanently on a Closing Down Sale 90% OFF all floor stock type of companies, like those selling rugs and carpets, floor tiles and roof tiles. I have seen plenty of dodgy stores that have been in the process of 'closing down' for years, with their 'closing down' sales signs on display 24/7.
